Appointments
We schedule new patients and current patients as promptly as possible. To achieve this goal, we ask that a 24 hours notice be given when rescheduling an appointment so that we are able to offer that appointment to someone else. Emergencies can usually be seen the same day.

Insurance and Billing
We are a preferred provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Dakota, but we are happy to file insurance forms with any insurance company. Please bring your insurance card or information with you to your appointment so we can better assist you.

We accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. Financing is available through CareCredit. Payment is due when services are delivered. Please feel free to ask us about the payment options so we can find the one that best fits your needs.
